OUR HISTORY
A project that now includes more than forty maple syrup producers, the Temiscouata Distillery began as a research project to expand the Quebec maple syrup market. Of all the products envisioned, one stood head and shoulders above the rest – the Acerum. This maple spirit, fully sourced and produced in Quebec, has enormous potential to attract aficionados not only in Quebec and across Canada, but in the whole world as well. An innovative new product with a promising future, Quebec Acerum is a badge of honour among our maple producers. They are proud of their region, their history and know-how and… their dynamic unique product!
This passion for maple has been a common bond among families and communities in the Bas-St-Laurent region for several generations. It is now a force helping to build the world of tomorrow.
