• 2 oz White Acerum
• 5 oz of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
• A dash of maple syrup
• ½ an egg white
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• Cranberries
Frost a glass with sugar.
Place all ingredients (except the rosemary and cranberries) in a shaker.
Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
Strain and pour into a glass of your choice.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a piece of grapefruit.
ACERUM SPRITZER
• 1 oz Acerum blanc
• 1 oz White Acerum
• 2 oz dry white wine
• ¼ oz maple syrup
• ¼ oz lemon juice
• Soda
• Slice of lemon
Mix all the ingredients (except the soda) in a shaker with ice. Shake well for 10 seconds.
Strain into a long glass filled with ice. Top up with soda. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
ACERUM LAST WORD COCKTAIL
• ¾ oz White Acerum
• ¾ oz green Chartreuse
• ¾ oz maraschino juice
• ¾ oz lime juice
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well for 10 seconds.
Serve in a cocktail glass by straining through a fine sieve. Garnish with a cherry or a slice of lime.
Acerito
• 2 oz White Acerum
• 10 fresh mint leaves
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• The juice of a lime
• 3-4 drops of Angostura bitters
• Club soda
In a mortar and pestle, mix the mint and sugar.
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, then add the lime juice, sweet mint and club soda.
Mix with a long cocktail spoon
Acerum Ceasar
• 1 oz White Acerum
• 3 oz Clamato
• 1 drop of Tabasco
• A shot of Worcestershire sauce
Frost a glass with salt.
Add ice, stir the ingredients and serve garnished with a spring of celery.
Acerum Old Fashioned
• 2 oz Brown Acerum
• ¼ oz syrup
• 5 dashes of Angostura bitters
• Orange zest
Mix the liquids in a glass full of ice. With a spoon, stir about ten times.
Garnish the cocktail with orange zest.
SUMMERTIME ACERUM
• 1 oz White Acerum
• 1 oz lemonade
• 1 oz grapefruit juice
• 1 oz 7-Up
• ¼ oz maple syrup
Ajouter glace, remuer et déguster.
Décorer d’un morceau de citron.
BOREAL EGGNOG
• 1 egg yolk
• ¾ oz of cranberry and fir syrup (KWE Cocktails)
• ¼ oz maple syrup
• 1 ½ oz Brown Acerum
• 150 ml of whole milk
• 1 pinch of lactare maple-flavoured milk powder
Add ice and stir.
Garnish with a pinch of maple-flavoured milk powder.
