Bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Auclair, la distillerie regroupe une quarantaine de producteurs ac\u00e9ricoles du Bas-Saint-Laurent. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un projet d&#8217;\u00e9conomie circulaire de 1,15 millions de dollars o\u00f9 les producteurs revalorisent leur sirop de fin de saison pour cr\u00e9er une eau de vie d&#8217;\u00e9rable.
